- Please note, Girivihar will not guarantee participant accommodation, if you register after the last date of registration.

Competition Fees
- INR 800/- per participant
- Fees Includes:
- Accommodation for outstation participants only,
- Accommodation for the entire duration of competition (if registered before the last date)
- Food for the entire duration of competition
- Shuttle service, to and fro between official hotels and competition venue
- Excludes:
- Any expenses of personal nature
- Anything not mentioned above
- Participants will bring their personal Climbing Equipment, Sleeping Bags.
- Boulder Mat or Crash Pad will be provided but participants can bring personal crash pads.
- Competition fees are waived for all winners of 17th National sports climbing competition held at IMF New Delhi

- Girivihar can issue an invitation letter, for the purpose of visa application upon the request.

By Flight:
- The nearest airports are Mumbai (Bombay) International Airport
- Climber can come to CBD Belapur by prepaid Taxi from the Airport
- Approx Cost of Taxi: INR 800
By Train
- Nearest local railway station is CBD Belapur (on the CST / Panvel Line), which is 12.0 kms from Venue.
- Nearest Interstate Central railway station is CST, Tilak Nagar, Dadar(Central railway), which is 30.0 kms (approx)from CBD Belapur.
- Nearest Interstate Western railway station is Mumbai Central, Dadar(west), Bandra terminus, which is 25.0 kms (approx) from CBD Belapur.
- Nearest Interstate Kokan railway station is Panvel, (Kokan railway), which is 10.0 kms (approx) from CBD Belapur.
By Bus
- Regular buses run between major cities (Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad etc.) and Mumbai.
- If you are coming via NH 4 (Which is via Bangalore, Solapur, Pune) get down at CBD Belapur (Kokan Bhavan Highway ), Bus stop, 1km from venue.
- if you are coming via NH 3 ( Which is via Nasik, Thane ) get down at CBD Belapur (Kokan Bhavan Highway ), Bus Stop, 1km from venue.
Accommodation
- All Competitors (unisex) will be accommodated in a double sharing basic and hygienic accommodation
- You are free to book your own accommodation in case you are not satisfied with accommodation provided
- Due to shortage of hotel’s in Navi Mumbai we recommend you stick to the last date of registration
- In case you are booking on your own, you should book your accommodation well in advance.
- Shuttle service will run to and fro between official hotels and competition venue, Details of service will be put up in the information centre at the venue

Indoor Boulder Wall Competition Venue
- Wall Dimensions: 15m wide, 4.50 m high.
- The number of boulders in the qualification round shall be 5.
- The number of boulders in the semifinal and final rounds shall be 4.
Registration Desk
Registration is compulsory for all teams but if for any unforeseeable reason (Eg: train & flight delay) a team is late for registration then it is compulsory for them to contact any Girivihar Official as soon as possible.
